There was a John Hall baptised at St. Mary's, Marylebone, 5th Jan. 1771, to John and Hester Hall. This is the only possible one at that church but there were many others elsewhere in London. ("Hester" may be Esther Wood who married a John Hall at the same church 13th June 1762)
Baptism of Mary Callis not found but there was a family of that name in Marylebone at that time - Christopher and Sarah Callis. Also:
Mary Callis bap. 27 Sept 1770 to Thomas & Ann Callis at Kirton in Holland, Lincolnshire.
Mary Callis bap. 19 Aug 1774 to Henry & Martha Callis at St Margaret, Leicester.
